Holding/reservation fees-
All holding/reservation fees (deposits) are NON refundable, by receiving the holding/reservation fee the seller, is agreeing to hold the puppy for the buyer and to not sell it to another party. By placing a holding/reservation fee on a puppy the buyer is agreeing to purchase the dog/puppy described on the receipt. The buyer agrees to pick up the puppy by the pick-up dates stated on the receipt, unless other arrangements have been made. The amount of the holding/reservation fees will be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy. All holding/reservation fees are NON refundable, and a further example of that is listed below....
If the seller breaks the agreement:
If the puppy is unavailable or unfit for sale such as if, the puppy wasn't born (if you put the holding/reservation fee on a puppy before it was born), was sick, had a serious defect or died, the seller will replace the puppy with a similar puppy (same sex/color/markings) AS it becomes available! No money will be refunded. You may either A. Wait until a similar puppy becomes available, or B. apply the deposit towards another puppy. If you choose to do neither option the holding/reservation fee is forfeited and there will be no refund.
If the buyer breaks the agreement:
In the event the buyer changes their mind and decides they don't want the puppy, or if no contact is made or other arrangements have not been made to pick up the puppy by the final pick-up
date, the holding/reservation fee will not be refunded and the puppy will be re-sold. From the final pick-up date, buyer will have 5 business days to contact the seller and make arrangements or the refund is forfeited. I will however offer you the chance to put that holding/reservation fee down on another puppy within 12 months time.

RETURN CONTRACT-
If you for any reason are unable to keep your puppy, it must be returned to the seller. NO exceptions. We do not want any of our puppies ending up in the wrong hands, a shelter, or on the streets! We are responsible breeders and will take care of our puppies for life. Meaning, 10 years from the day you purchased your puppy, we will still take the puppy back! I have a form drawn up, and it will be provided for you to read over and sign. There are NO refunds issued to those who return a puppy UNLESS it is ageed upon by the seller prior to picking the puppy/dog up. There are special circumstances where we will refund a portion, but never full amount of the price of the puppy upon return. Please be sure and READ the contract thoroughly.

We are no longer able to do PayPal, unless you cover all extra costs/fees, or send friends and family, sorry for any inconvenience! We are will do Money Gram or Walmart to Walmart money gram, or western union payment or cash/check payment for holding/reservation fees. We do offer payment plans, if you are interested in learning more about this just let me know.
